This allows for a very effective balance exercise, which is also reflected in the popularity of the device in rehabilitation rooms. It helps especially in strengthening joints damaged by injuries.
The tapes are simple and versatile. They are more stretchable than TRX tapes. They may have or may not have handles. When folded, they take up as much space as a wallet and weigh about the same amount. You can practice with tapes at home, in the hotel or even in the office.
