Ingredients
- 200g butter
- 70 g fresh or frozen spinach
- 1-2 teaspoons of granulated garlic
- black ground pepper
- salt
Preparation
Add spinach - fresh or pressed frozen - to the soft butter. Mix the ingredients to a homogeneous mass. At the end of mixing season with garlic, pepper and salt. From the prepared mixture form a cylinder, wrap it in food foil and set aside in the fridge. Serve butter with your favourite bread.
Bean paste
Ingredients

-- 2-3 tablespoons of tomato concentrate

Mix of spices

Preparation
Mix the beans with tomato concentrate and oil. Add finely chopped, golden browned onion. Season with caraway, marjoram, pepper and salt. Serve with your favourite bread. Sprinkle with chopped chives or dill before serving.
