TRX
Y-shaped straps with handy handles can be carried wherever one end of the strap can be hung on a tree, rod or frame. Such a tape is used to perform calisthenic training, i.e. training based on the weight of our body. Such training is aimed at building strength and endurance, supports balance and facilitates the creation of sculpture. TRX is a good idea when travelling, because it is very easy to pack. Holidays, business trips, and even a regular daily commute to work. You will always be able to take a break for a moment of training and it will not interfere in any way with our day. The gym is completely superfluous.
Bosu
Bosu is a device for practicing at home. It has the shape of a hemisphere based on a hard base (63 centimeters in diameter). It is a kind of hybrid of ball and steppes. On the one hand, the barefoot is dynamic and resilient, and on the other hand, it is hard and static. This allows for a very effective balance exercise, which is also reflected in the popularity of the device in rehabilitation rooms. It helps especially in strengthening joints damaged by injuries.
Flexible tapes
The tapes are simple and versatile. They are more stretchable than TRX tapes. They may have or may not have handles. When folded, they take up as much space as a wallet and weigh about the same amount. You can practice with tapes at home, in the hotel or even in the office. Pull them out of your pocket and practice. With their help you can exercise selected muscle parts or perform general training. With them you can increase the range of movement in the joints, improve the silhouette and increase flexibility.
Swiss Football
Usually known as a rehabilitation ball, the Swiss swallow can act as a chair during rehabilitation exercises. It has an excellent effect on our spine. Sitting on it is an exercise and is recommended for people undergoing rehabilitation. More resilient balls provide excellent support for the lumbar spine and Swiss balls are recommended for people with spine problems. Normal seated training elements can be complemented by a Swiss ball and thus expand their range to include spinal muscles.
