Lasagne with chicken and pesto - great choice for family dinner.

- Lasagne pasta 1/2 package
- cooked chicken meat 500g
- ricotta 250g
- mozzarella 300g
- Parmesan finely grated 100g
- Onions 1 piece
- garlic 1 clove
- chopped spinach (thawed) 300g
- Poultry broth concentrate 500ml
- pesto 1 jar
- 500ml milk
- 70g butter
- flour 60g
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation time: 60 minutes
For the first fire....
Dice chicken meat and mix with ricotta, pesto and half of parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the onion and garlic, then fry them in butter, add flour and fry for about one hour. 2 minutes. Slowly add milk and broth concentrate, constantly stirring with a beater to produce a sauce.
In the meantime....
Grease the heatproof dish with butter, pour 2 tablespoons of sauce and lay a loose layer of pasta. Spread half of the chicken mixture, sprinkle with a handful of grated mozzarella and pour a few tablespoons of sauce. Spread half of the spinach, then again a layer of pasta and repeat the next layer of lasagne, as before.

Pour the rest of the sauce, mozzarella and parmesan on the last layer of pasta. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 35 minutes covered, then discover and bake for another 10 minutes so that the cheese browns.
