However, preparing an interesting and tasty menu may turn out to be a challenge. Is there a recipe for a fast, cheap and spectacular dish, which will become an absolute hit of the event? There are many recipes for simple and universal dishes, which will surely turn out to be an original and tasty snack for the guests. It is not about expensive dishes and their preparation is time-consuming. What counts is the idea and implementation! If there are no vegetarians among your friends, you can make something delicious from the basic ingredients you have in the fridge, e.g. kabanosy, ham or sausages. Regardless of your culinary skills and the time you have these dishes, you can prepare them with ease!
1. mini pizzas on pastry (preparation time: 25 min)
Ingredients:
- Ham
- French cake
- Passata
- Olive oil
- Tomato concentrate
- Cherry tomatoes
- Red onions
- Mozzarella cheese
- Ketchup
- Rukola
- Basil
- Pepper and salt
Preparation:
Cut a glass wheel out of French dough. Grease each wheel with sauce. Arrange the chopped ham, tomatoes, grated cheese and red onion on them. Put the whole on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Decorate mini pizzas with rocket and fresh basil. Serve with your favourite sauces.
Tortillas with kabanosem (preparation time: 10 minutes)
Ingredients:
- Kabanosy
- Tortilla
- Lettuce
- Peppers
- Cream cheese
Preparation:
Grease the tortilla with cream cheese. Put on the lettuce, thin slices of pepper and kabanosy. Roll up the whole and cut into thicker pieces. Put on a plate decorated with lettuce and thin strips of paprika.
3. sausage peppers (preparation time: 45 min)
Ingredients:
- Sausages
- Bellies
- 2 red peppers
- 1 cream sandwich cheese
- Bunch of chives
- Rukola
Preparation:
Divide the peppers into smaller pieces. Mix sandwich cheese with chopped chives. Then spread the pepper pieces with cheese. Spread the sausage piece by piece and wrap it around with a thin slice of bacon. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for about 30 minutes. Arrange the ready peppers on the rocket.
