Single-potted dishes have the same advantages - they are succinct and inexpensive, yet extremely easy to prepare. They can be both mild and spicy, with a predominance of meat or vegetables. Their ingredients can be combined freely, each time obtaining tasty dishes, ideal for both lunch and dinner.
Single gourmet dishes - they can be more exquisite and very simple, world-famous or specialty of only one lady of the house. But they all warm up pleasantly, especially when it's rainy outside the autumn window! How to prepare them? Here are some practical tips and regulations:
Burrito in Polish
Ingredients: 500g minced meat, 1 large onion, beef stock cube, vegetable stock cube, can of red beans in brine, can of white beans in brine, canned corn, tomato concentrate (jar), spices: herbs of Provence, basil, oregano.
Fry the minced meat and onion in a dry pan. Attention: they need to be stirred frequently so that they don't burn. Boil 250ml of water in a pot and throw in the stock cubes. When the decoction starts to boil, add the meat and onion, corn and beans (together with the brine!). Then cook for a few minutes on low heat. Finally, add the concentrate and spices. Boil again. Tasty!
Vegetarian potato ragout with lentils
Ingredients: 6 medium potatoes, 1 can of red beans, 1 can of lentils, 1 large red pepper, 1 large onion, 2 large cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of tomato concentrate, olive oil
ground sweet paprika, pepper, hot paprika, marjoram, soy sauce.
Start by boiling the potatoes in uniforms (to prepare the dish faster). When potatoes are boiling, cut the peppers and onions into thick cubes. Put them into hot oil and fry for a while, then sprinkle with sweet paprika and fry for a while while while stirring (so that the paprika does not burn). After a while pour water and add a spoonful of concentrate, mix. Sprinkle generously with marjoram, hot pepper and pepper to taste. Then there is time for lentils and red beans: pour from cans into a sieve and rinse well from the brine. Add to the vegetables together with the cut garlic and simmer for a while. Peel the potatoes, cut into thick slices and immediately add to the vegetables to the pan. Mix, sprinkle with soy sauce and stew for a while under cover, so that the potatoes reach the vegetables. Pride!
