Gymnastics training is no longer surprising. What is more, we cannot disagree with the fact that their popularity is growing steadily. Therefore, it is worthwhile to look at this trend and see on your own skin how spectacular effects can be characteristic of it.
Of course, exercises with a load on one's own body can be quite demanding, but they bring excellent results. This is mainly due to the fact that even the simplest of them involve numerous muscles. Another interesting equipment are gymnastic wheels. You can do dozens of exercises on them and although they are difficult, the effects they bring make it difficult to question the legitimacy of the effort we put in. The rings are quite unstable, so it should not surprise us that maintaining a correct position involves all the muscles while exercising them. Another interesting equipment are rungs suspended under the ceiling. They allow you to move on your hands alone, not only forward and backward, but also sideways. The tool very much liked by coaches is TRX. It is thanks to it that we can practice in the so-called incomplete suspension, which makes it a solution for people with different levels of experience.
